Nen\u00ed to nic stra\u0161n\u00e9ho, ale mus\u00ed se dodr\u017eovat ur\u010dit\u00e9 pravidla na kter\u00e1 jsem p\u0159ich\u00e1zel b\u011bhem stavby. Asi jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pravidel je &#8211; v\u0161echno d\u011blat pomalu hlavn\u011b \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed, vrt\u00e1n\u00ed , d\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vit\u016f \u2013 a to z d\u016fvod\u016f, \u017ee materi\u00e1l se zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a deformuje tak\u017ee POZOR \u2013 s plexisklem pomalu. D\u00e1le se mi osv\u011bd\u010dilo nech\u00e1vat um\u011blohmotnou f\u00f3lii na plexisklu dokud d\u00edl nebude dokon\u010den. Pro \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed plexiskla jde pou\u017e\u00edt pl\u00e1tek z pilky na \u017eelezo nebo pou\u017e\u00edt jako j\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo\u010darou pilku (v r\u016fzn\u00fdch bau\u2026 jde koupit celkem levn\u011b a bude se hodit v d\u00edln\u011b napo\u0159\u00e1d) s pilkou na kovy (jemn\u00e9 zuby). Kdy\u017e budete \u0159ezat n\u011bjak\u00fd d\u00edl a budete do\u0159ez\u00e1vat ke konci plexiskla tak opatrn\u011b r\u00e1do se toti\u017e \u0161t\u00edpe. D\u011blal jsem tak\u00e9 takov\u00fd f\u00edgl, \u017ee jsem si strhnul kousek kryc\u00ed f\u00f3lie nar\u00fdsoval si p\u0159esn\u00fd tvar a pak v m\u00edstech kde chyb\u011bla f\u00f3lie jsem nalepil \u0161irokou pr\u016fhlednou izolepu. T\u00edm jsem vid\u011bl p\u0159esnou stopu kudy \u0159ezat (kdyby tam byla f\u00f3lie tak se bude t\u0159epit nebo uj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt). Tak dost teorie a vzh\u016fru do pr\u00e1ce. V dne\u0161n\u00edm d\u00edle jak u\u017e jsem zm\u00ednil budeme pracovat s plexisklem a dod\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161ech \u0161est nohou.<\/p>\n<p>Z tabulky plexiskla 400x100mm (4dm2) tlou\u0161\u0165ky 4mm si na\u0159e\u017eeme 6 d\u00edl\u016f (N4.1 a\u017e N4.6) 60&#215;70 mm a 12 d\u00edlk\u016f (N5.1 a\u017e N5.12) 20x20mm. Sna\u017ete se dodr\u017eet co nejv\u00edce prav\u00e9 \u00fahly. J\u00e1 jsem postupoval n\u00e1sledn\u011b: z tabulky jsem sloupnul z jedn\u00e9 strany kryc\u00ed f\u00f3lii, nar\u00fdsoval jsem rovnob\u011b\u017en\u011b s del\u0161\u00ed stranou ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 70mm \u010d\u00e1ru. D\u00edly N4.1 a\u017e N4.6 z bok\u016f zbrous\u00edme, aby byly \u010dist\u00e9 a hladk\u00e9. Brous\u00edme nejprve hrub\u0161\u00edm brusn\u00fdm pap\u00edrem, pot\u00e9 jemn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. Osv\u011bd\u010dilo se mi d\u00e1t brusn\u00fd pap\u00edr na rovnou desku a brousit. Pozor na dodr\u017een\u00ed rozm\u011br\u016f a tak\u00e9 prav\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f. Ze zbyl\u00fdch \u0161esti kousk\u016f ud\u011bl\u00e1me obdobn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem 12 kus\u016f o rozm\u011brech 20x20mm. Zbrous\u00edme t\u00e9\u017e strany a zkontrolujeme prav\u00e9 \u00fahly. V\u0161echny d\u00edrky maj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 3mm. Nejprve doporu\u010duji vyvrtat dv\u011b krajn\u00ed (vpravo na obr\u00e1zku 8). Pak si nar\u00fdsujeme obdeln\u00ed\u010dek 9kde bude um\u00edst\u011bno v budoucnu servo), ud\u011bl\u00e1me v n\u011bm n\u011bkolik d\u011br a potom lup\u00e9nkovou pilkou nebo jinak \u201evypilujeme\u201c otvor p\u0159esn\u011b podle n\u00e1kresu. Pozor na plexisklo m\u00e1 snahu praskat. A\u017e bude otvor hotov\u00fd , vezmeme jedno servo, d\u00e1me ho do otvoru a podle n\u011bj si ozna\u010d\u00edme \u010dty\u0159i d\u00edrky pro uchycen\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyvrt\u00e1me (pr\u016fm\u011br 3mm). A\u017e bude d\u00edl hotov nezapomene v\u0161echny strany d\u016fkladn\u011b za\u010distit brusn\u00fdm pap\u00edrem.<br \/>\nNyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme za\u010d\u00edt ji\u017e sestavovat jednotliv\u00e9 no\u017ei\u010dky. Pro sestaven\u00ed jedn\u00e9 no\u017ei\u010dky budeme pot\u0159ebovat 1x N4.x , 1x N1.x , 1x N2.x , 3x N3.x , d\u00e1le \u0161roubky M3 (min 18mm dlouh\u00e9 ), mati\u010dky M3 (nejl\u00e9pe s pojistn\u00fdm krou\u017ekem), podlo\u017eky M3 (slab\u00e9). Te\u010f jsem uva\u017eoval jak to p\u0159esn\u011b popsat, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee lep\u0161\u00ed budou n\u00e1zorn\u00e9 obr\u00e1zky.
