K tomu bude zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dvan\u00e1ct d\u00edl\u016f N5.1 a\u017e N5.12, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu servu pot\u0159ebujeme dva d\u00edly (nap\u0159. N5.1 a N5.2). Servo si polo\u017e\u00edme na rovnou desku a k n\u011bmu ze stran p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00edme na v\u00fd\u0161ku d\u00edly N5.x tak aby mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edmi d\u00edrkami serva byla vid\u011bt hrana d\u00edlu N5.x. Tu\u017ekou \u010di fixem si vyzna\u010d\u00edme p\u0159esn\u011b st\u0159edy kam p\u0159ijdou \u0161roubky pro upevn\u011bn\u00ed serva. Potom d\u00e1me d\u00edl N5.x do sv\u011br\u00e1\u010dku ve stojanov\u00e9 vrta\u010dce a vyvrt\u00e1me d\u00edrku pro \u0161rouby (hloubka p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 7mm). Potom pomalu mus\u00edme ud\u011blat z\u00e1vit M3. Mus\u00ed se d\u011blat hodn\u011b moc opatrn\u011b jeliko\u017e tlou\u0161\u0165ka plexiskla je jen 4mm. (mn\u011b se osv\u011bd\u010dilo ud\u011blat p\u016fl z\u00e1vitu a pak z\u00e1vitn\u00edk kousek vy\u0161roubovat a zase p\u016fl z\u00e1vitu atd&#8230;), je to docela zdlouhav\u00e9, ale nesm\u00ed se to ukvapit, jeliko\u017e se plexisklo zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a prask\u00e1. A\u017e v\u0161e bude smontov\u00e1no , tak z jedn\u00e9 strany d\u00edl\u016f N5.x (ta kter\u00e1 le\u017eela na rovn\u00e9 podlo\u017ece) naneseme vte\u0159inov\u00e9 lepidlo a pomalu p\u0159ilep\u00edme cel\u00fd d\u00edl k no\u017ei\u010dce tak, aby servo, kter\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010d\u00ed nohou (toto lepen\u00e9) se postavilo na servo kter\u00e9 zved\u00e1 nohu, pozor mus\u00ed se t\u00e9\u017e kontrolovat kolmost a aby v\u0161echny nalepen\u00e9 d\u00edly byly stejn\u00e9. Vidli\u010dku spoj\u00edme s kloubkem pomoc\u00ed dr\u00e1tku (pou\u017eil jsem od\u0161t\u011bpky z v\u00fdpletu do j\u00edzdn\u00edho kola), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e kulov\u00fd kloubek p\u0159ipevn\u00edme k d\u00edlu N2.x pomoc\u00ed \u0161roubku s mati\u010dkou (viz ho\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed obr\u00e1zek). Mati\u010dku pak zak\u00e1pneme n\u011bjak\u00fdm lakem nebo n\u011b\u010d\u00edm proti povolov\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u00edm by byla stavba nohou hotova. Te\u010f se pust\u00edme do stavby t\u011bla, kter\u00e1 je o hodn\u011b jednodu\u0161\u00ed. Jeliko\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o stejnou pr\u00e1ci s materi\u00e1lem (plexisklem) jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b no\u017ei\u010dek uv\u00e1d\u00edm, zde jen v\u00fdkres a n\u011bjak\u00e9 podrobnosti k n\u011bmu. Tyto kosti\u010dky p\u0159ilep\u00edme vte\u0159inov\u00fdm lepidlem pod servo( kter\u00e9 zved\u00e1 no\u017ei\u010dku), tak aby osa (ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed nohy &#8211; druh\u00e9 servo) proch\u00e1zela t\u00edmto \u010dtvere\u010dkem. U bo\u010dnic jsem z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b nenakreslil otvory pro uchycen\u00ed, jeliko\u017e ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edt jin\u00fd druh serv. Sestaven\u00ed ud\u011bl\u00e1me podle n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho postupu. Nejprve mus\u00edme osadit horn\u00ed d\u00edl kole\u010dky (p\u00e1kami) od serv (viz. obr\u00e1zek).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_967\" style=\"width: 214px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/robozor.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/hex-7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-967\" class=\"size-full wp-image-967\" src=\"http:\/\/robozor.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/hex-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"132\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-967\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">hex 7<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Prost\u0159edn\u00ed d\u00edrku (pro uchycen\u00ed kole\u010dka k servu), ud\u011bl\u00e1me na tom sam\u00e9m i na spodn\u00ed desce, t\u00edm zajist\u00edme osu ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed nohy. Nyn\u00ed p\u0159i\u0161roubujeme k horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti robota p\u0159edn\u00ed a zadn\u00ed \u010delo. Pak k horn\u00ed stran\u011b robota p\u0159id\u011bl\u00e1me opatrn\u011b no\u017ei\u010dky, kdy\u017e v\u0161e sed\u00ed, tak p\u0159i\u0161roubujeme spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st robota. Te\u010f p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vym\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti robota, m\u00e1me nyn\u00ed vyvrt\u00e1no \u0161est d\u00edrek (osy ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed no\u017ei\u010dek). Nyn\u00ed ka\u017edou no\u017ei\u010dku mus\u00edme d\u00e1t kolmo k horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti robota (mus\u00ed b\u00fdt kolm\u00e1 v obou os\u00e1ch), kdy\u017e tomu tak je, tak d\u00edrkou ozna\u010d\u00edme fixou bod na plexiskl\u00ed\u010dku nad(pod) servem zved\u00e1n\u00ed. Takto vyzna\u010d\u00edme v\u0161ech \u0161est nohou, pak robota zase rozebereme a do vyzna\u010den\u00fdch m\u00edst ud\u011bl\u00e1me 3mm d\u00edrky , nesm\u00ed v\u0161ak b\u00fdt skrz. Do spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti robota tam kde je osa ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed vsad\u00edme \u0161roubky a ut\u00e1hneme z druh\u00e9 strany mati\u010dkou. Potom osad\u00edme na horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st robota op\u011bt v\u0161echny no\u017ei\u010dky. A\u017e to bude hotovo, pomalu budeme p\u0159ikl\u00e1dat spodn\u00ed d\u00edl a to tak, aby \u0161roubky zapadly do vyvrtan\u00fdch d\u00edrek. Nezapomeneme v\u0161ak d\u00e1t mezi plexisklo a mati\u010dku je\u0161t\u011b podlo\u017eku. Nyn\u00ed kdy\u017e robota obr\u00e1t\u00edme, tak no\u017ei\u010dky by m\u011bli j\u00edt ot\u00e1\u010det kolem sv\u00e9 svisl\u00e9 osy (proch\u00e1z\u00ed horn\u00edm servem ). Nyn\u00ed vezmeme jednu bo\u010dnici a p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1me ji k boku ( aby byla mezi horn\u00edm a spodn\u00edm d\u00edlem) tak,\u017ee v\u017edy vyzkou\u0161\u00edme oto\u010dit pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdmi no\u017ei\u010dkami, zda nebude p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eet. A\u017e je to zm\u011b\u0159en\u00e9, nakresl\u00edme si st\u0159edy otvor\u016f a vyvrt\u00e1me d\u00edrky do horn\u00edho a doln\u00edho d\u00edlu. Bo\u010dnici pot\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0161roubujeme.
